Αναζητούμε μία/ έναν συνάδελφο με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας ως Βοηθός Συντήρησης.&nbsp; Στην ομάδα&nbsp;συντήρησης, θα αποτελέσετε βασικό ρόλο στη διασφάλιση ότι οι εγκαταστάσεις και ο εξοπλισμός των ξενοδοχείων μας είναι πάντα σε άριστη κατάσταση, συμβάλλοντας στην άνεση και ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών μας.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Εκτέλεση τακτικής συντήρησης και επισκευών στις εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων υδραυλικών, ηλεκτρικών συστημάτων, κλιματιστικών και γενικών εργασιών συντήρησης</li><li>Βοήθεια στην προληπτική συντήρηση για να αποφευχθούν βλάβες και να μειωθεί ο χρόνος αδράνειας</li><li>Ανταπόκριση σε αιτήματα συντήρησης από πελάτες ή προσωπικό με επαγγελματισμό και άμεση αντίδραση</li><li>Διασφάλιση ότι όλες οι εργασίες συντήρησης εκτελούνται σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς ασφαλείας και τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές της βιομηχανίας από προμηθευτές&nbsp;</li><li>Διατήρηση αναλυτικών αρχείων επισκευών και επιθεωρήσεων</li><li>Βοήθεια στην συντήρηση των εξωτερικών χώρων του ξενοδοχείου, όπως πισίνες, κήποι και κοινόχρηστοι χώροι</li><li>Συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο συντήρησης και άλλα τμήματα για την αναγνώριση και επίλυση θεμάτων συντήρησης</li><li>Αναφορά ενδεχόμενων κινδύνων ή θεμάτων ασφαλείας στη διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου&nbsp;</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Εμπειρία στη συντήρηση ή σε συναφή τομέα δραστηριοτήτων&nbsp;</li><li>Βασικές γνώσεις υδραυλικών, ηλεκτρικών και μηχανικών συστημάτων</li><li>Ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διάγνωση βλαβών</li><li>Ομαδικότητα με άνεση στην επικοινωνία</li><li>Ικανότητα εργασίας ανεξάρτητα και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση του χρόνου</li><li>Ευχέρεια να εργάζεστε τα Σαββατοκύριακα ή τις αργίες, εφόσον απαιτείται</li><li>Γνώσεις υγειονομικών και ασφαλείας κανονισμών</li><li>Βασική γνώση Αγγλικών</li></ul>Γιατί να Επιλέξετε Εμάς;<ul><li>Ένα υποστηρικτικό και συνεργατικό και αναπτυσόμενο εργασιακό περιβάλλον</li><li>Ευκαιρίες επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης και εξέλιξης</li><li>Ανταγωνιστικές αποδοχές και παροχές</li><li>Προσφέρεται διαμονή (μόνο μόνο για εργασία στα resort) και διατροφή&nbsp;</li></ul>
