More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source candidates, screen CVs, and conduct interviews.</li><li>Support payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding procedures, induction programs, and employee integration.</li><li>Manage employee housing and ensure smooth operation of accommodation facilities.</li><li>Oversee the employee restaurant’s operation and maintain standards.</li><li>Contribute to special HR initiatives, activities, and events.</li><li>Collect and prepare payroll data for processing; liaise with Payroll for ERGANI compliance.</li><li>Monitor attendance, leave, and schedules.</li><li>Handle employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Greek labor legislation and internal HR policies.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and support audits.</li><li>Promote employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records</li><li>Support performance and training initiatives.</li><li>Assist in health and safety compliance activities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.</li><li>Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Experience in recruitment, training, and payroll administration.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Conrad Corfu, joining our team is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a world-class luxury environment.
