As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless execution of our culinary and service operations. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of our establishment by assuming a range of responsibilities that span both managerial and operational domains.Responsibilities: -Assist in the day-to-day management of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. -Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, including inventory management, order processing, and quality control. -Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. -Contribute to the maintenance of a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in both the kitchen and dining areas. -Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager on financial analysis and reporting related to F&amp;B operations. -Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. -Lead by example, setting the standard for impeccable service.
