About the job

As a Concierge, you will create meaningful and memorable experiences for our guests by providing expert advice, personalised recommendations, and seamless assistance during their stay. You will embody the guest-focused culture of Marriott and elevate the luxury standards of AMOH Hotel.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and activities
-Arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests
-Assist with VIP arrivals and ensure personalised experiences
-Build relationships with guests and maintain updated guest preference profiles
-Coordinate with Front Office and Bell staff
-Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with brand standards
-Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union at the time of application. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
