Οροφοκομία / Housekeeping

Provide, achieve, maximise and exceed Guest’s satisfaction and organizational profitability by providing a very high-end personalized Resort service while still offer a warm, relaxed, yet refined ambiance with a sense of place. Organizes all aspects of Housekeeping to the highest professional standards, perform all tasks in accordance with the standards established and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures as per One&amp;Only Standards.Key Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect all housekeeping work areas for cleanliness and neatness.</li><li>Check to ensure that all villas before arrival are prepared to standard.</li><li>Inform Director of Rooms and any other related departments of all guest complaints</li></ul><ul><li>Inform Resort Manager of any problems encountered during shift.</li><li>Assist with work schedules, payroll, and ensure that all other operational concerns are handled within the management guidelines of the company.</li><li>The cleanliness of the assigned areas of the hotel, the efficient running of the housekeeping, laundry and the purchase, storage, inventory and issuance of supplies and equipment.</li><li>Ensure that Guest Villas, corridors and public areas are properly cleaned daily.&nbsp; Inspect these areas on a daily basis and submit work orders to the Director of Engineering as and when required.</li><li>Ensure that the Laundry Department runs efficiently and that the proper chemicals are used.</li><li>Prepare Housekeeping Department’s Budget.</li><li>Ensure Housekeeping P&amp;L is ready monthly for monthly meeting with the Finance Department.</li><li>Ensure that an effective and complete training program is implemented and that all employees are well trained.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that the Standard and Procedures manual of the Housekeeping Department is updated as and when necessary</li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>Very good verbal and written command of the English language.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills required.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Leadership qualities, along with strong organizational and decision-making skills</li><li>Strong professional communication skills, including ability to provide outstanding customer satisfaction,</li></ul>maintain positive employee relations and effectively train team members<ul><li>Knowledge of safety procedures</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful work environment</li><li>Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software, and proprietary hotel software</li></ul>

Maintenance Manager / Υπεύθυνος Συντήρησης

•Welcome and escort VIP guests, Marriott Bonvoy Elite members, and special-category guests according to brand standards. •Ensure all guest preferences, profiles, and special requests are anticipated and fulfilled proactively. •Maintain strong guest engagement and personalized service delivery throughout the guest journey (pre-arrival, arrival, in-house, and departure). •Resolve guest concerns and service recovery cases promptly, diplomatically, and in alignment with Marriott’s “Brilliant Service” philosophy. •Conduct daily lobby presence to ensure smooth operations and enhanced guest interaction. •Ensure consistent delivery of The Luxury Collection’s signature rituals, personalized touches, and guest recognition programs.
