Provides personalized service to guests, handles inquiries and complaints, and ensures a memorable experience. Acts as the main point of contact for VIPs and regular guests.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure in a warm and friendly manner.</li><li>Address guest inquiries via e-mail before arrival and offer recommendations to enhance their stay.</li><li>Resolve guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, offering suitable solutions.</li><li>Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Desk, F&amp;B, etc.) to ensure seamless guest experiences.</li><li>Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Manage VIP guests and special requests, ensuring a high level of service is provided.</li><li>Provide assistance with reservations and booking modifications.</li><li>Ensure all guest feedback is recorded and used to improve service quality.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Performing other related tasks based on the hotel's needs.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in guest relations in the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.</li><li>A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.</li><li>Knowledge of a PMS will be an advantage (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).</li></ul>&nbsp;Company offers:<ul><li>Fixed Term Contract (season 2026)</li><li>Career development opportunities.</li><li>Excellent working environment.</li><li>Accommodation and meals on all working days.</li><li>Transportation from/to staff houses.</li></ul>
