The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure compliance in line with legislation and all system processes including quality and safety, implementation of quality management actions and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Works closely with Hotel Managers and HODs to establish, maintain and optimize QMS in all group properties</li><li>Ensures full compliance of hotel SOPs, policies, procedures, and brand standards.</li><li>Ensures H&amp;S compliance in line with local and international legislation, as well as ABTA-FTO regulations.</li><li>Enhances approach sustainability and establish key steps for waste management and energy efficiency.</li><li>Works closely with the HR Department to establish, maintain and optimize HR processes.</li><li>Cooperates with the Purchasing Department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.</li><li>Identify relevant quality-related training needs and deliver training to ensure procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.</li><li>Serves as a key contact for Tour Operators/Ext. Auditors/Int. Auditors/Regulatory Authorities representing the Company.</li><li>Ensures all QM deliverables are achieved in a compliant timely manner.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Business School / Hotel School Degree [master’s degree is desirable]</li><li>Excellent command of MS Office</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Own vehicle and valid driver's license</li></ul>Skills and experience:<ul><li>Experience in hotel Quality departments or operations in well-established upscale resort hotels and/or group hotels.</li><li>Experience in QMS systems [ISO 22000 is desirable] and health &amp; safety processes.</li><li>Experience with GSTC certification for Travelife.</li><li>Effective communication and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to multi-task.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul>In the context of the above position, the company offers:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package.</li><li>Housing (out of the area residents).</li><li>Professional development opportunities in an ever-growing Group.</li><li>Continuous training in line with the company’s standards &amp; dynamic development</li><li>Positive and supportive working environment in an organization that respects its people, the environment and local communities.</li></ul>For all applications and information submitted, absolute confidentiality will be maintained.
