Are you passionate about building impactful communication strategies and using data to drive partner engagement and growth?We’re looking for a CRM Senior Specialist to join our Commercial team at efood and take ownership of our vendor-facing CRM strategy.In this role, you will design and execute CRM campaigns that engage, educate, and grow our vendor base, supporting key commercial objectives across the platform.&nbsp;What you’ll do:<ul><li>Own end-to-end CRM campaign management for vendor communications, from planning to execution and optimization.</li><li>Design and implement B2B lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation of vendors.</li><li>Build and manage automated CRM journeys tailored to vendor behavior, lifecycle stage, and commercial needs.</li><li>Leverage multiple communication channels (e.g., email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS) to deliver timely and relevant messaging to vendors.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, and Account Management teams to align CRM campaigns with business priorities and vendor needs.</li><li>Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including engagement rates, conversion, feature adoption, and revenue impact.</li><li>Design and execute A/B tests and segmentation strategies to improve communication effectiveness and personalization.</li><li>Ensure consistency, clarity, and relevance of messaging across all vendor touchpoints.</li><li>Stay up to date with CRM best practices, automation tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to continuously improve workflows.</li></ul> What you need to be successful &nbsp;<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management, ideally in a B2B or marketplace environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of customer/vendor lifecycle management and engagement strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and multichannel campaign execution.</li><li>Proven ability to build and optimize automated CRM journeys.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience working in a two-sided marketplace (vendors &amp; users).</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, or CRM templating languages (e.g., Liquid).</li><li>Experience with vendor/product adoption campaigns or B2B engagement strategies.</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door. Senior CRM Specialist

As our Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team that creates and maintains vendor catalogues on our platform, including their content, menus, and photos. You will work closely with other team leads to cultivate a high-quality standard of service for our vendor partners in Greece and Cyprus, while also overseeing the end-to-end onboarding and 'Go-Live' phase for all new stores. This is a key leadership role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, people management, and operational oversight to drive efficiency and quality across the editorial operation. What you'll do:<ul><li>Team Leadership &amp; Coaching Lead a team of 15+ editorial agents and senior agents. Create an environment of trust, development, and empowerment. Provide ongoing performance feedback and ensure your team consistently meets KPIs related to quality and productivity &nbsp;</li><li>Operational Oversight Set structure, priorities, and direction for the team’s daily activities. Define clear workflows and ensure the team can efficiently handle a high volume of editorial tasks while delivering a high standard of service &nbsp;</li><li>Shift Management&nbsp; Manage daily task assignment and prioritization, ensuring the right resources are allocated to the right duties at the right time &nbsp;</li><li>Issue Resolution Act as a point of contact for escalated cases, complex catalog issues, and vendor complaints that require senior attention &nbsp;</li><li>Data Driven Management Use data to identify patterns, measure performance, and propose improvements. You understand how insights can transform operations and lead to strategic decisions &nbsp;</li><li>Strategy &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration Develop ideas and initiatives to improve editorial processes and elevate vendor satisfaction. You'll connect the dots between our internal goals and the broader vendor journey.
