Are you passionate about building impactful communication strategies and using data to drive partner engagement and growth?
We’re looking for a CRM Senior Specialist to join our Commercial team at efood and take ownership of our vendor-facing CRM strategy.
In this role, you will design and execute CRM campaigns that engage, educate, and grow our vendor base, supporting key commercial objectives across the platform.
What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end CRM campaign management for vendor communications, from planning to execution and optimization.
Design and implement B2B lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation of vendors.
Build and manage automated CRM journeys tailored to vendor behavior, lifecycle stage, and commercial needs.
Leverage multiple communication channels (e.g., email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS) to deliver timely and relevant messaging to vendors.
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, and Account Management teams to align CRM campaigns with business priorities and vendor needs.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including engagement rates, conversion, feature adoption, and revenue impact.
Design and execute A/B tests and segmentation strategies to improve communication effectiveness and personalization.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and relevance of messaging across all vendor touchpoints.
Stay up to date with CRM best practices, automation tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to continuously improve workflows.
What you need to be successful
3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management, ideally in a B2B or marketplace environment.
Strong understanding of customer/vendor lifecycle management and engagement strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and multichannel campaign execution.
Proven ability to build and optimize automated CRM journeys.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
Experience working in a two-sided marketplace (vendors & users).
Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, or CRM templating languages (e.g., Liquid).
Experience with vendor/product adoption campaigns or B2B engagement strategies.
