We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning &amp; Development Specialist to join our People &amp; Development team and help evolve the learning and development strategy at efood. Alongside shaping impactful learning initiatives, you will also contribute to key People Experience efforts, supporting employee engagement, growth, and overall workplace experience.What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Drive impactful development initiatives, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution</li><li>Focus on building senior leadership capability and delivering scalable learning solutions</li><li>Run high-impact training programs for Managers</li><li>Oversee established development frameworks (Mentoring, Coaching, and Performance Management) to maximize impact</li><li>Leverage modern learning technologies and AI tools to enhance learning effectiveness and scale</li><li>Use data and insights to continuously improve outcomes</li><li>Collaborate with global teams, leadership, and HR partners to align priorities, challenge and influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of learning and growth</li><li>Support the overall people experience by developing strategies that promote engagement, satisfaction, and retention</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>5+ years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, Organizational Development, or similar roles</li><li>Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs</li><li>Experience linking learning initiatives to organizational talent strategy, development, and retention goals</li><li>Hands-on experience with learning technologies, with curiosity to leverage AI tools in L&amp;D</li><li>Experience using data and insights to measure program impact and continuously improve outcomes</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door. Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Are you passionate about building impactful communication strategies and using data to drive partner engagement and growth?We’re looking for a CRM Senior Specialist to join our Commercial team at efood and take ownership of our vendor-facing CRM strategy.In this role, you will design and execute CRM campaigns that engage, educate, and grow our vendor base, supporting key commercial objectives across the platform.&nbsp;What you’ll do:<ul><li>Own end-to-end CRM campaign management for vendor communications, from planning to execution and optimization.</li><li>Design and implement B2B lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation of vendors.</li><li>Build and manage automated CRM journeys tailored to vendor behavior, lifecycle stage, and commercial needs.</li><li>Leverage multiple communication channels (e.g., email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS) to deliver timely and relevant messaging to vendors.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, and Account Management teams to align CRM campaigns with business priorities and vendor needs.</li><li>Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including engagement rates, conversion, feature adoption, and revenue impact.</li><li>Design and execute A/B tests and segmentation strategies to improve communication effectiveness and personalization.</li><li>Ensure consistency, clarity, and relevance of messaging across all vendor touchpoints.</li><li>Stay up to date with CRM best practices, automation tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to continuously improve workflows.</li></ul> What you need to be successful &nbsp;<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management, ideally in a B2B or marketplace environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of customer/vendor lifecycle management and engagement strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and multichannel campaign execution.</li><li>Proven ability to build and optimize automated CRM journeys.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience working in a two-sided marketplace (vendors &amp; users).</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, or CRM templating languages (e.g., Liquid).</li><li>Experience with vendor/product adoption campaigns or B2B engagement strategies.</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
