Are you passionate about building impactful communication strategies and using data to drive partner engagement and growth?We’re looking for a CRM Senior Specialist to join our Commercial team at efood and take ownership of our vendor-facing CRM strategy.In this role, you will design and execute CRM campaigns that engage, educate, and grow our vendor base, supporting key commercial objectives across the platform.&nbsp;What you’ll do:<ul><li>Own end-to-end CRM campaign management for vendor communications, from planning to execution and optimization.</li><li>Design and implement B2B lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation of vendors.</li><li>Build and manage automated CRM journeys tailored to vendor behavior, lifecycle stage, and commercial needs.</li><li>Leverage multiple communication channels (e.g., email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS) to deliver timely and relevant messaging to vendors.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, and Account Management teams to align CRM campaigns with business priorities and vendor needs.</li><li>Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including engagement rates, conversion, feature adoption, and revenue impact.</li><li>Design and execute A/B tests and segmentation strategies to improve communication effectiveness and personalization.</li><li>Ensure consistency, clarity, and relevance of messaging across all vendor touchpoints.</li><li>Stay up to date with CRM best practices, automation tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to continuously improve workflows.</li></ul> What you need to be successful &nbsp;<ul><li>3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management, ideally in a B2B or marketplace environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of customer/vendor lifecycle management and engagement strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and multichannel campaign execution.</li><li>Proven ability to build and optimize automated CRM journeys.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li><li>Experience with segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to have:<ul><li>Experience working in a two-sided marketplace (vendors &amp; users).</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, or CRM templating languages (e.g., Liquid).</li><li>Experience with vendor/product adoption campaigns or B2B engagement strategies.</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
