We are seeking a Host / Hostess to join our team for the Season 2026. You will welcome guests with genuine warmth, manage reservations and seating, and ensure that each visitor enjoys the relaxed and authentic experience.&nbsp; What You Will Do&nbsp;<ul><li>Set up the host/hostess stand, review reservation book, and recommend room setup.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspect dining areas and tables prior to opening.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop complete working knowledge of menus, menu ingredients, and daily unavailable items.&nbsp;</li><li>Assign seating according to guest preferences and service standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain station chart and cover count using the Open Table system.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle guests without reservations and lost &amp; found items.&nbsp;</li><li>Answer telephones and take reservations according to Four Seasons standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with culinary, stewarding, and housekeeping teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with food &amp; beverage service across all meal periods, events, and in-room dining.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures are followed.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete other duties or projects as assigned by Outlet Manager or Director of F&amp;B.&nbsp;</li></ul> What You Bring&nbsp;<ul><li>Previous experience in fine dining or high-volume service is an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer&nbsp; Competitive Salary and comprehensive Benefits Package.&nbsp; Complimentary Employee Meals, Uniform &amp; Laundry Services.&nbsp; Ticket Restaurant monthly allowance.&nbsp; Employee Recognition Program.&nbsp; Complimentary Nights at Four Seasons Hotels &amp; Resorts worldwide.&nbsp; Opportunities for Global Travel through Task Forces and Transfers.&nbsp; Access to Four Seasons global Training &amp; Development programs. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for the coordination of all reservations, made either by the reservations department or in person.
