The RMT Coordinator is an essential member as he/she will be responsible for handling client's requests for service in an efficient manner while providing excellent customer service and minimizing operating costs. Take inbound calls from drivers, answer inquiries regarding the requests for scheduled and non-scheduled technical repairs, maintenance and tyre replacement, handle complaints and resolve problems. RMT Coordinator

The LCV Specialist will support Ayvens Greece sales teams by providing commercial vehicle industry &amp; market knowledge, advice and guidance. Moreover he / she will provide advice to clients and new business prospects at the vehicle qualification stage on vehicle specification and ancillary equipment to ensure best fit for purpose.Through this role the candidate will liaise with the van manufacturers and importers, third party suppliers / vehicle converters to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of LCV maintenance budgets.
