You will work closely with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Director, contributing to the company's continued success by meeting and exceeding sales targets.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and target potential customers and partnerships that reach across multiple channels and geographic areas.</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing product solutions.</li><li>Effectively communicate the value of our products and close sales deals.</li><li>Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Director based on market analysis.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical questions promptly and professionally.</li><li>Organize &amp; attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings with clients overseas.</li><li>Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure exceptional customer service.</li><li>Ensures coordination with Marketing department to monitor initiatives for the company.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Director.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field</li><li>Excellent command of both English &amp; German language, written and spoken</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally</li><li>Prior experience in a similar role within international industrial sales is highly desirable</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadline</li><li>A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package</li><li>Ongoing professional training and development opportunities</li></ul>
