We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>We are looking for a&nbsp;Head of Rewards to join our team!<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Lead the Job Evaluation (JE) and Grading processes for Motor Oil and subsidiaries, ensuring that all positions and the grading system are properly maintained and updated.</li><li>Overview Compensation &amp; Benefits schemes design and provid implementation guidance for all Motor Oil&nbsp;group companies.</li><li>Set in-depth benchmarking processes in market data (from salary surveys), to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness regarding group’s pay &amp; benefits schemes.</li><li>Oversee the existing terms of pension plans for all Motor Oil group’s companies, support the development / design phase of a new pension plan for a Motor Oil&nbsp;group company and propose changes to support various business needs.</li><li>Review the creation, implementation and monitoring actions regarding employee pay and benefits policies, to keep them competitive and legally compliant.</li><li>Provide advice in various ad – hoc projects / needs (e.g. ad-hoc HR reporting, risk management reporting, ESG reporting, Audit Findings follow up).</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Studies, Engineering or other numerate discipline.</li><li>Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or similar discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of working experience in an HR Consulting, C&amp;B or HR related position</li><li>Experience in&nbsp;a standard Job Evaluation method.</li><li>Experience in implementing C&amp;B programs / schemes</li><li>Strong working knowledge of HRMS (SAP, BW etc)</li><li>Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Excel</li><li>Fluency in English and Greek (verbal &amp; written)</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What give us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
