As a Waiter/Waitress at&nbsp;Miraggio Thermal Spa you are an integral part of the dining experience, responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our guests. Your role is to ensure that guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience by taking orders, serving meals, and accommodating special requests.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Guest Welcome:&nbsp;Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and provide menus.</li><li>Order Taking:&nbsp;Take guests' food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and noting any dietary restrictions or special requests.</li><li>Food and Beverage Service:&nbsp;Serve meals and beverages promptly and accurately, following established presentation and service standards.</li><li>Menu Knowledge:&nbsp;Familiarize yourself with the restaurant's menu, including daily specials and wine selections. Describe and recommend menu items to guests.</li><li>Guest Service:&nbsp;Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, offering recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.</li><li>Table Maintenance:&nbsp;Maintain clean and well-organized dining tables, including setting and resetting tables and ensuring proper tableware and condiments are available.</li><li>Order Accuracy:&nbsp;Verify the accuracy of orders before serving them to guests. Address any discrepancies or issues with orders promptly.</li><li>Cash Handling:&nbsp;Process guest payments accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, and maintain a balanced check or cash drawer.</li><li>Upselling:&nbsp;Suggest additional items or special promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.</li><li>Teamwork:&nbsp;Collaborate with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure efficient service and a seamless dining experience.</li><li>Special Requests:&nbsp;Accommodate special guest requests, such as dietary preferences, allergies, or personalized dining experiences, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.</li><li>Safety and Cleanliness:&nbsp;Follow hygiene and sanitation standards, including personal hygiene and the cleanliness of dining areas.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality education or service training is a plus.</li><li>1 year minimum experience on similar position , leadership in hospitality strongly required</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. We're currently looking for&nbsp;full-time&nbsp;Support Associates to join our team in Thessaloniki! In our Support team there is no typical day, and to be successful in Support Associate role you will need to be self-motivated, creative and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to be able to support our customers, restaurants and courier partners.
