Energy Management Analyst

We are looking for an Accountant,&nbsp;reporting to Finance Manager, with proven experience to join our finance team in Kifissia. If you have a strong background in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handles all accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and expense recording.</li><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with regulations.</li><li>Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures, preparing financial statements and reports.</li><li>Prepare and oversee tax-related activities, including VAT declarations, income tax returns, Intrastat reports, and tax payments.</li><li>Secure full compliance with MyDATA requirements and internal accounting policies.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, payments, and financial forecasts.</li><li>Collaborate with external (statutory, tax, etc.) and internal auditors, providing necessary support during audits.</li><li>Ensure adherence to financial deadlines and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Evaluate and enhance financial processes to contribute to continuous improvements in reporting and compliance.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2-3 years of experience in similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP and IFRS.</li><li>Extensive familiarity with MyData Platform and ERP systems for accounting and financial reporting.</li><li>Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Additional Skills (Preferred):Previous experience in a company's accounting department ideally in the retail sector.We offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration &amp; benefits package</li><li>Extensive continuous training</li><li>Career &amp; development prospects in FOURLIS Group</li></ul>
