We are seeking a Payroll Associate to support the delivery of accurate payroll services and assist in ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security regulations. The role offers hands-on exposure to payroll processes, official submissions, and client service, working closely with senior team members in a professional and collaborative environment.The key responsibilities of this role will include:<ul><li>Assisting in the preparation and electronic submission of documents to the Social Security Office and the ERGANI labor information platform</li><li>Supporting payroll calculations and payroll issuance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery</li><li>Following and applying Firm policies and procedures in day-to-day payroll tasks</li><li>Supporting the team in adapting to regulatory or procedural changes, with guidance and mentoring</li><li>Upholding high standards of business ethics and professionalism in all tasks</li><li>Contributing to the delivery of high-quality client service, responding to requests and supporting client needs</li><li>Working with team members to support compliance with tax, labor, and accounting laws and standards</li></ul>The key requirements of this role are (hard &amp; soft skills):<ul><li>0-2 years of professional experience in a payroll role</li><li>Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation</li><li>Knowledge and experience to the ERP of Soft1 and Pylon will be consider as a great asset</li><li>Excellent command of spoken and written English</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various business technology applications</li><li>Completed military obligations (if applicable)</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills</li><li>A proactive attitude and a commitment to professional development</li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
