We currently have an exciting opportunity for a&nbsp;Learning &amp; Development Manager&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Four Seasons Resort Mykonos&nbsp;opening team in Greece!Reporting directly to the&nbsp;Assistant Director of People &amp; Culture, you will lead the learning and development strategy for the resort. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous growth and excellence, supporting the resort’s vision to be the Employer of Choice and ensuring all employees feel supported and empowered to thrive.As&nbsp;Learning &amp; Development Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of learning—from onboarding and core training to leadership development and performance coaching. You will collaborate with department leaders to assess learning needs, drive engagement through creative training solutions, and ensure all learning initiatives align with Four Seasons standards and values. Learning & Development Manager - Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, Greece
