Halcor, the Copper &amp; Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor, is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in delivering accurate financial analysis, participating in budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, to join our dynamic Finance team in Athens, Greece.Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, including coordinating inputs from department heads, consolidating financial data, and ensuring alignment with company goals.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop profitability reports to support management’s decisions. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform expenses control and variances report analysis. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Work closely with the shared service team to ensure the quality and timeliness of information received at the corporate level, as well as compliance with corporate standards. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Present financial Information clearly and concisely to management. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop or revise policies and procedures related to functional responsibilities, identifying process improvement opportunities. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor financial performance and KPIs, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and optimize business processes. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support internal and external audits on an annual basis.&nbsp;Requirements: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Degree in any of the fields: Economics/Mathematical &amp; Physical Sciences/Business Administration, accompanied by a sound grasp of business finance. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven experience (3+ years) as a Financial Analyst, preferably in an international or manufacturing company. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Sound knowledge and usage of SAP main modules (SD/FI/CO/MM) to extract data is needed and will be considered a major plus • &nbsp; &nbsp;Expert Excel skills and usage are expected. • &nbsp; &nbsp;The ability to immediately adapt and perform based on the desired output while meeting tight deadlines. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Self-motivation and drive to develop one’s own expertise by taking on greater responsibilities and/or more technically demanding tasks. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Critical &amp; independent thinking and the ability to challenge the status quo of doing things. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, in Greek and English. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Detailed understanding of business and operational concepts and KPIs is sought after and will be highly valued. FINANCIAL SENIOR ANALYST

The HR Manager supports the General Manager in all decisions relating to strategic, organisational, and operational people matters for a luxury hotel property.
