This role involves driving strategic brand initiatives, optimizing multichannel communication, and fostering engagement among healthcare professionals and consumers alike.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Owning end-to-end brand strategy, positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across channels, and adapting to the unique needs of both healthcare professionals and consumers</li><li>Proposing annual brand plans and budgets in alignment with commercial goals; managing implementation and monitoring ROI</li><li>Coordinating integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL (TV, radio), BTL (pharmacy materials, congresses), and digital activations</li><li>Collaborating with creative and media agencies to execute approved plans and promotional strategies</li><li>Overseeing product performance through ongoing analysis of sell-out data using platforms such as Nielsen, IRI and IQVIA</li><li>Conducting competitor benchmarking and gathering market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities</li><li>Supporting medical marketing efforts by developing educational materials for healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff</li><li>Working cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless campaign execution</li><li>Actively contributing to portfolio strategy discussions, innovation pipelines, and commercial planning cycles</li><li>Any other work that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences</li><li>Master’s degree in Marketing, MBA and/or related certifications are considered a plus</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in brand/product management, ideally within consumer healthcare, FMCG or pharmaceutical companies</li><li>Exposure to consumer-oriented and OTC pharmaceutical brands is considered a plus</li><li>Solid understanding of the Greek consumer healthcare market</li><li>Proven ability to analyze marketing data from platforms such as Nielsen, IRI or IQVIA</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strategic thinker with strong business acumen</li><li>Highly organized and methodical with attention to detail</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities</li><li>Creative flair with a focus on delivering result-oriented solutions</li><li>Team player with excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments</li></ul>
