The purpose of this position is to run daily activities, reporting and operations of the Front Desk Department (such as check-in, credit limit, check-out, etc.). With experience in a high-quality luxury boutique hotel/resort guest services, the Front Desk Agent will offer the highest level of customer service. It combines office-based technical design and client-facing fieldwork, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to both the commercial and engineering aspects of energy projects.&nbsp;Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Act as the technical-commercial liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, supporting the full lifecycle of energy projects from concept to execution</li><li>Participate in client meetings and sales visits, translating technical requirements into commercially viable solutions and building trust through expert guidance</li><li>Lead the design and development of tailored energy autonomy solutions, including photovoltaic systems for buildings, net metering setups, and self-production configurations</li><li>Conduct on-site assessments to validate technical feasibility and gather data for accurate system sizing and proposal development</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive techno-economic proposals that align with client needs and company standards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and commercial viability</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and R&amp;D teams to refine offerings, integrate feedback, and enhance solution competitiveness</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical tools, documentation, and workflows that support pre-sales operations and knowledge sharing</li><li>Support the Pre-Sales &amp; Engineering Manager in strategic initiatives, partner training, and client presentations, with growing autonomy over time</li><li>Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and innovations in renewable energy to continuously enhance solution design and client value</li><li>Other tasks may be assigned from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical (preferably) or Mechanical Engineering or a related field</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on photovoltaic systems in the building sector</li><li>Solid knowledge of electrical installations, net metering technologies and energy autonomy solutions</li><li>Proven experience in preparing technical documentation and commercial offers</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Attica as needed</li><li>Fluent in both English and Greek</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills</li><li>Commercially aware with attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Innovation-focused and results-oriented</li><li>Technically curious with a proactive mindset</li></ul>
