Europcar Station Manager Santorini Station

Lead the company’s environmental performance strategy, ensure full regulatory compliance, and drive programs that minimize environmental impacts (climate, air &amp; water emissions, biodiversity, resources/waste), with transparent reporting to Management and stakeholders. The role also has overall responsibility for the operation and oversight of the physico‑chemical Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for the communication and implementation of company’s environmental policy and Management’s commitment on environmental issues as well as for the training of the Company's personnel in this specific field.</li><li>Ensure end‑to‑end compliance with environmental permits and applicable legislation; coordinate the implementation of recommendations from competent public authorities.</li><li>Establish internal regulations and procedures and implement a comprehensive waste management program, in close collaboration with department heads and engineers.</li><li>Set up, monitor, and evaluate environmental KPIs and monitoring programs; drive corrective and preventive actions and report results to Management and authorities.</li><li>Prepare and submit required environmental studies/permits and reports (e.g., Environmental Impact Assessment, GHG emissions permit, Waste Management Plan, E‑PRTR reporting).</li><li>Develop the Environmental Management System (EMS) and ensure its effective operation and certification.</li><li>Act as liaison with regulatory/inspection authorities (e.g., Ministry of Environment &amp; Energy, Region of Central Greece); accompany inspectors onsite and recommend procedural changes as needed.</li><li>Oversee the Wastewater Treatment Plant operation, ensuring compliance and approved discharge limits; organize sampling/analyses (pH, conductivity, BOD/COD, heavy metals) and maintain complete records (e.g., ΗΜΑ) for authorities and management.</li><li>Coordinate preventive maintenance and reliability of critical assets (balancing tanks, aeration/settling/filtration/RO systems), contingency plans, and handling of emergency wastewater (e.g., firefighting water).</li><li>Develop and manage the Environmental budget and oversee environmental suppliers/partners.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic School</li><li>Postgraduate studies and specialization desirable</li><li>Work experience for at least 5 years in a similar position with compliance / system responsibility</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Environmental issues</li><li>Strong leadership, influencing, negotiation, change management, communication skills</li></ul>• Excellent knowledge of English• Knowledge of information systems&nbsp;Skills<ul><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise&nbsp;tasks effectively.</li></ul>&nbsp;BenefitsCompetitive remuneration package and a wide range of benefits

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER (3679)

Accident Operations Advisor plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of garage workflows in line with our master agreements. This role is responsible for managing job approvals, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction &amp; service quality for Ayvens clients through effective communication and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: •&nbsp;Oversee and regulate garage workflow processes to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service standards. •&nbsp;Act as the primary communication link between the Mobility team and service provider, ensuring alignment and timely updates on service activities. •&nbsp;Manage and approve workshop requests for vehicle maintenance and body repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. •&nbsp;Coordinate and control the channeling of maintenance and body repair appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource utilization. •&nbsp;Monitor and control costs related to repairs and maintenance to ensure cost-efficiency and value delivery. •&nbsp;Negotiate and secure competitive pricing with the service provider, ensuring full transparency and clear communication of total repair costs&nbsp; •&nbsp;Pursue warranty recovery opportunities, even for vehicles outside standard factory warranty periods. •&nbsp;Maintain accurate records of all driver interactions and service activities using Ayvens systems. •&nbsp;Identify and escalate complex or high-impact issues requiring further attention or intervention. • Monitor, analyze, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service quality, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness, and take corrective actions where necessary. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting action plans that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications &amp; Skills: • University degree will be considered as an asset• Technical knowledge of automotive systems, including repair, and maintenance.• At least 5-7 years of experience in automotive markets• Body repair workshop experience will be considered as a plus • Very good command of English language, both verbal and written • Organizational skills • Be able to work in teams • Customer oriented

Accident Operations Advisor

ou will take part in challenging global / regional / local deployments, acting as a trainer, in order to implement a well-structured and very advanced Operational Excellence transformation in a number of plants and production lines of the Group, collaborating closely with internal/external and local / plant resources.
