IT Business Analyst

Your main purposeSales Strategy &amp; Market Research: Support department development strategy and its implementation. Identify target markets and potential clients to grow the resort’s customer base. Provide feedback to management on market demands and guest preferences.Client Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-net-worth clients, VIPs, elite guests &amp; luxury B2B partners. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, feedback, and prior requests in the guest profile system.Pre-Arrival Coordination: Collect pre-arrival requests of B2C/B2B customers with reserved Elite Portfolio accommodation bookings and communicate details to the respective Operations Team, following the Elite Portfolio communication workflow &amp; standards.Administrative &amp; CRM Support: Perform general office duties to support Sales (e.g. filing, sending emails, typing). Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM. Submit invoices in ERP and upload contracts/documents in SharePoint.Sales Presentations &amp; Events: Perform hotel site inspections or host fam trips with partners/clients.
