Full and high-season positions are open, and following successful summer placements, winter opportunities may be available.Primary duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. You and your lead boat team will be the face of the company. Working hours vary, and you are flexible to operational requirements. You may sometimes be required to assist with other flotillas or base duties. At the beginning and end of the season, you may be asked to carry out fleet re-fit/lay-up. The yachts are prepared for the upcoming season or furloughed for winter during these periods. Reporting to the Production Director, the ideal candidate will drive project execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities and will be responsible for aligning product development efforts with customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Aligning product development with customer needs, market trends, and strategic business goals</li><li>Owning end-to-end project delivery across the full software lifecycle — from requirements gathering and scoping to QA, deployment, and post-launch evaluation</li><li>Managing project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation across simultaneous initiatives</li><li>Translating product and business objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones</li><li>Driving effective cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, design, and QA teams</li><li>Tracking progress using project management tools and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies)</li><li>Proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery</li><li>Overseeing release readiness, including QA sign-off, deployment scheduling, and stakeholder communications</li><li>Communicating status updates, risks, and dependencies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Enforcing standards for documentation, change control, and knowledge transfer across project teams</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field</li><li>At least 5 years of experience managing software product development in a technical project management role</li><li>Strong technical fluency; able to engage confidently with engineers across architectures, APIs, and code workflows (hands-on experience is a plus but not required)</li><li>Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams</li><li>Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and architectural frameworks</li><li>Experience with mobile and web ecosystems</li><li>Strong documentation skills</li><li>Fluent in both English and Greek</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong leadership and project management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management</li><li>Adaptability to evolving technology trends</li><li>Strategic and analytical thinking and decision-making ability</li><li>Innovation-focused and results-oriented</li><li>Proven ability to manage delivery at platform or product-suite level</li><li>Structured thinker with delivery-focused mindset</li><li>Comfort working in fast-paced, client-facing environments</li></ul>
