ΠΑΠΑΔΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ Α.Ε., μια σύγχρονη βιομηχανία τροφίμων, που κατέχει ηγετική θέση στην Ελληνική αγορά των μπισκότων και αρτοσκευασμάτων, επιθυμεί να προσλάβει:&nbsp;Consumer Relations AdministratorΟ ρόλος&nbsp;Ο ρόλος εστιάζει στην στοχευμένη και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία με τους καταναλωτές επιτυγχάνοντας την εξυπηρέτησή τους ενώ παράλληλα ενισχύει την εταιρική επικοινωνιακή στρατηγική.Αρμοδιότητες:&nbsp;<ul><li>Παρακολουθεί, διαχειρίζεται και καταγράφει το σύνολο των επικοινωνιών που προέρχονται&nbsp;από καταναλωτέςή/και οποιονδήποτε ενδιαφερόμενο, από όλα τα πιθανά μέσα επικοινωνίας (γραμμή καταναλωτή, social media etc.).</li><li>Διασφαλίζει ότι η επικοινωνία με τον καταναλωτή διενεργείται σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της εταιρείας.</li><li>Στοχεύει στην μέγιστη ικανοποίηση των καταναλωτών όσον αφορά στην ανταπόκριση, από την πλευρά της εταιρείας, στα εκάστοτε αιτήματα.</li><li>Παρακολουθεί και εφαρμόζει διαδικασίες επικοινωνίας με τους καταναλωτές, παράγει αναφορές προς τον προϊστάμενό του και τη Διοίκηση όταν απαιτείται, με σκοπό τη βελτίωση της&nbsp;επικοινωνίας και της ανταπόκρισης της εταιρείας για θέματα που αφορούν καταναλωτές καθώς και τη χάραξη στρατηγικών επικοινωνίας.</li><li>Διαχειρίζεται αποτελεσματικά πιθανόν προβλήματα, αιτήματα, προτάσεις και απορίες των καταναλωτών σχετικά με τα προϊόντα της Εταιρείας και ενημερώνει τον προϊστάμενό του και τις αρμόδιες Διευθύνσεις αναλόγως.</li><li>Συνεργάζεται στενά με τις ομάδες Ποιότητας &amp; Ασφάλειας Τροφίμων, Marketing, R&amp;D, Πωλήσεων &amp; Στρατηγικού Σχεδιασμού και Διεθνών Αγορών.</li></ul>&nbsp;Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Τίτλος Σπουδών που να συνδέεται ιδανικά με τους τομείς Επικοινωνία/Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων/Marketing</li><li>Προϋπηρεσία επιθυμητή (1 - 2&nbsp; έτη) σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο που να συνδέεται με Επικοινωνία ή/και Εξυπηρέτηση Καταναλωτών/Πελατών</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (προφορικά &amp; γραπτά)</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office</li><li>Δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων, αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου</li><li>Ευελιξία και ομαδικότητα</li></ul>&nbsp;

Consumer Relations Administrator

O Σεφ είναι υπεύθυνος για τη διαχείριση των a La Carte εστιατορίων του ξενοδοχείου, το σχεδιασμό των μενού, την οργάνωση και επίβλεψη των προμηθειών, καθώς και την εφαρμογή των συστημάτων και κανόνων υγείας και καθαριότητας. Θα έχει τη δυνατότητα να προτείνει καινοτόμες ιδέες και θα έχει πάθος με τη γαστρονομία. Ο Chef a La Carte θα αναφέρεται απευθείας στο Διευθυντή του Ξενοδοχείου.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Κατανέμει σωστά την ομάδα του/της στα a La Carte εστιατόρια ανάλογα με τις εκάστοτε ανάγκες.</li><li>Διασφαλίζει το ποιοτικό αποτέλεσμα του φαγητού που προσφέρεται.</li><li>Διασφαλίζει την εξαιρετική παρουσίαση των πιάτων και του μπουφέ.</li><li>Επισκέπτεται τα εστιατόρια και επικοινωνεί με τους πελάτες (παρουσιάζει πιάτα, λύνει τυχόν απορίες, ικανοποιεί ιδιαίτερες προτιμήσεις).</li><li>Μεριμνά έγκαιρα για τις παραγγελίες και τις γενικότερες ελλείψεις.</li><li>Φροντίζει για την παραλαβή υψηλής ποιότητας πρώτων υλών.</li><li>Εφαρμόζει το σύστημα HACCP και τα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα.</li><li>Είναι ενήμερος/η για τις πωλήσεις/κουβέρ/δικαιούμενα του εκάστοτε τμήματος σε ημερήσια βάση.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο μαγειρικής</li><li>Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας ως Chef σε κουζίνα είτε σε εστιατόριο a la carte είτε σε μπουφέ, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον.</li><li>Γνώση νέων γαστρονομικών πρακτικών και τάσεων.</li><li>Εμπειρία σε διαφορετικά στυλ κουζίνας (π.χ. ιταλική, κινεζική, κ.λπ.).</li></ul>Αναγκαίες δεξιότητες και αξίες:<ul><li>Καλή και άνετη επικοινωνία με πελάτες</li><li>Επαγγελματισμός / Υπευθυνότητα</li><li>Δημιουργικότητα και φαντασία</li><li>Κριτική σκέψη και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων</li><li>Ηγετικές ικανότητες και πνεύμα ομαδικότητας</li></ul>
