The Transportation &amp; Distribution will report to the Transportation and Distribution Manager and will be responsible for implementing Transportation and Distribution strategy, business models and tactical plans for the Transportation and Distribution operation in order to support company’s strategic goals and objectives<ul><li>Optimization of transportation and distribution route planning for delivering products</li><li>Daily review operational KPIs</li><li>Master data management (Fleet &amp; Customer level)</li><li>Adhering to and execution of HSE standards, local quality requirements, SLAs</li><li>Financial planning and execution according to strategy and budget</li><li>Maintain effective cooperation with providers to assure efficient execution of goods transportation</li><li>Consulting and input on customer requirements/SLA</li><li>Promote a continuous improvement environment by implementing best practices in logistics operations</li><li>CSC Projects</li><li>Reporting</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>University degree in Finance/Business Administration/Engineering or relevant field, MSc in Logistics will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector</li><li>Excellent command of English both writing and speaking</li><li>Strong user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Experience in ERP systems; professional&nbsp;experience in SAP will be considered a plus</li><li>Creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Dynamic, self-driven and results oriented personality</li></ul>What you can expect from usWe foster an open communication and feedback culture in order to deal with our daily challenges. Transportation and Distribution Supervisor

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities• Produce ad hoc reports, trending data, and respond to client inquiries• Provide consultation to business leaders on reporting needs, trend analysis and report improvement opportunities• Coordinate the implementation of reporting processes• Develop new reports/graphs, production schedules, and additions/deletions from existing reports• Utilize new data sources for report development• Communicate with project managers to understand client report needs• Produce and verify daily electronic reports using reporting tools• Distribute reports to internal and external clients via e-mail and electronic feeds• Maintain existing reports as well as monthly and year-to-date summaries• Develop trending reports on a request basisCandidate Profile• Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred• At least 9 months experience in Concentrix or 6 months in Concentrix in targeted role• Experience as BI Analyst, BI Associate, Data Analyst is required• Experience with call center business and computer support systems preferred• Knowledge of database technology (ETL,RDBMS,T-SQL and SQL)• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables• Demonstrated knowledge of reporting solutions ( Excel, Power BI, Domo)• Demonstrated ability to advocate reporting solutions in support of customer business goals and strategies• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English C1• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.• Strong attention to analytics and data management.• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.• Willingness to work on site from our office in Athens
