Test & Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Tenders / Proposals Engineer with solid experience in an engineering or consulting environment to support the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive proposals for public and private sector projects. Maintains Class module.</li><li>Monitors Compliance module or similar.</li><li>Assists Fleet Manager and Superintendents with TMSA and other similar external audit related works.</li><li>Assists Superintendents with PAL administrative works.</li><li>Develops and updates the archive of the department, so as to keep good record of all department actions and relationships. Timely updates general data bases of the department.</li><li>Monitors timely submission of the inspection, quarterly and dry dock reports to the appropriate stakeholders. Assists Superintendents in finalizing their reports, if required. Maintains copies and updates the Ship’s Inspection List.</li><li>Monitors, keeps record and supplies ship’s stationary.</li><li>If required, assists with travel arrangements, visas, etc, coordinates meetings of Fleet Team.
