The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the targeted approach, engagement, and onboarding of villa and residential property owners across Crete, supporting their integration into curated distribution and booking platforms, while actively contributing to the company’s continued market expansion and commercial success.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Proactively identify, engage, and onboard villa and residential property owners across Crete, managing the full B2C sales cycle and acting as a trusted commercial partner</li><li>Conduct in-depth consultations with property owners to understand their business objectives and recommend the most suitable contract structures and collaboration models</li><li>Lead B2C commercial negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements supporting revenue growth</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end contractual process, ensuring accurate documentation, clarity of terms, and timely completion</li><li>Develop and sustain long-term, value-driven relationships with clients, supporting retention and portfolio growth</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and consistent commercial execution</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism/Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field</li><li>2–3 years of professional experience in hospitality management services, operations, or customer service environments</li><li>Strong acumen within the real estate and villa management industry, including its commercial aspects</li><li>Action-oriented and adaptable, with a strong presence and effectiveness in field-based work</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships, fostering trust and sustained portfolio growth over time</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex solutions</li><li>High level of self-management and prioritization, demonstrating consistent performance in an autonomous, field-based role</li><li>Collaborative, trust-building style, inspiring confidence through change and transition</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with integrity and a pronounced sense of ownership and responsibility</li></ul>
