During your tenure as a Technology Business Analysis Professional, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:<ul><li>Engage with stakeholders to define requirements through workshops and meetings. A Master's degree in Business Administration or IT is a plus;</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in business analysis within Technology Projects preferably in Financial Services (Banking/Insurance), Energy, or Telecommunications;</li><li>Strong understanding of business process design, application, and systems (CRM, ERP, RPA, BPM);</li><li>Familiarity with Business Analysis methods and techniques (Design Thinking, UML, BPMN);</li><li>Experience with workflow, low - code tools, and bug tracking/test management tools is a plus;</li><li>Strong problem - solving, analytical, and organizational skills;</li><li>Experience in Project Management or Project Management Office (PMO) is an advantage.
