We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist to join our Spa team at Amanzoe in Porto Heli, Greece. Reporting to the Spa Management Team, this role is essential in delivering holistic wellness experiences andpersonalized treatments to our guests in a serene and luxurious environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver a range of spa treatments (body massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner.</li><li>Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments to achieve optimal relaxation and wellbeing.</li><li>Ensure treatment rooms are impeccably clean and stocked at all times.</li><li>Maintain guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the spa experience.</li><li>Provide detailed knowledge of spa services, products, and wellness programs.</li><li>Assist in spa reception duties when required.</li><li>Adhere to all health and safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with other therapists and spa staff to maintain service excellence.</li><li>Promote a calm and peaceful atmosphere, aligning with Aman’s values and philosophy.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree from a Technological Institute or certified college in massage therapy or aesthetics (Greece or abroad).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury spa environment or 5-star hotel.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of massage techniques, body and facial treatments, and anatomy &amp; physiology.</li><li>PC literacy and knowledge of Afrodite Spa-Salon-Fitness software is an asset.</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English; other languages are a plus.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceptional guest service.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Legal right to live and work in Greece.</li></ul>BenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe that our colleagues are at the core of our success. As a Bell at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort you are responsible for creating a warm and memorable first impression for our guests. Your primary role is to provide efficient and attentive guest services, including greeting and assisting with luggage, valet parking, and providing information about the hotel. Your commitment to exceptional service contributes to our guests' overall experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Guest Welcome and Assistance:&nbsp;Welcome guests upon arrival, open doors, and assist with luggage and personal belongings. Provide information about the hotel's services.</li><li>Luggage Handling:&nbsp;Safely transport guests' luggage to their rooms and ensure it is placed securely in their assigned accommodations. Retrieve luggage upon check-out and assist with transportation to the lobby or vehicles.</li><li>Valet Parking:&nbsp;Assist guests with valet parking services, ensuring their vehicles are securely parked, retrieved promptly, and kept in excellent condition. Handle keys and parking tickets responsibly.</li><li>Concierge Services:&nbsp;Offer recommendations, directions, and information if asked by our guests.</li><li>Safety and Security:&nbsp;Maintain a secure and well-organized luggage room and lobby and entrance area.
