The&nbsp;IT&nbsp;Budget &amp; Costs Management Specialist&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;financial planning, cost control, and budget governance across assigned business areas&nbsp;within the IT&nbsp;Department.&nbsp;This role ensures&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;budgeting, rigorous cost monitoring, and actionable financial insights while enforcing financial discipline and transparency.&nbsp;The position plays a key role in supporting management&nbsp;decision-making, driving cost efficiency, and enabling sustainable financial performance aligned with organizational&nbsp;objectives.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;IT&nbsp;Budgeting &amp; Forecasting&nbsp;<ul><li>You will&nbsp;lead&nbsp;the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will partner with business stakeholders to understand cost drivers and&nbsp;validate&nbsp;budget assumptions.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will track budget versus actuals and provide&nbsp;timely&nbsp;variance analysis with clear explanations.&nbsp;</li></ul>IT&nbsp;Cost Management &amp; Control&nbsp;<ul><li>You will&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;operational and&nbsp;project-related&nbsp;costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will&nbsp;identify&nbsp;cost-saving&nbsp;opportunities and efficiency improvements across departments.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will support cost allocation, chargebacks, and internal cost transparency initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will manage with&nbsp;Procurement&nbsp;the IT&nbsp;related&nbsp;Contracts&nbsp;by&nbsp;creation,&nbsp;negotiations&nbsp;and&nbsp;renewal&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis&nbsp;<ul><li>You will develop insightful financial analytics to support executive and senior management reviews.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will develop dashboards and KPIs to track cost performance and financial efficiency.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;the use of financial systems, including ERP and budgeting and planning tools.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting outputs.&nbsp;</li></ul>Stakeholder Collaboration&nbsp;<ul><li>You will act as a financial partner&nbsp;for&nbsp;business units, helping them manage and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;their spending.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will support budget owners in understanding&nbsp;financial impact&nbsp;and ensuring compliance with policies.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will collaborate with Procurement, HR, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure financial alignment and cost transparency.&nbsp;</li></ul>Process &amp; Governance&nbsp;<ul><li>You will ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and approval frameworks.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will contribute to continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You will support audit activities related to budget and cost controls, as&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills&nbsp;&nbsp;Professional Experience&nbsp;<ul><li>You should have&nbsp;a bachelor’s&nbsp;degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You should have&nbsp;experience in budgeting, cost management, controlling, or financial analysis roles.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You should have&nbsp;strong knowledge of financial reporting tools&nbsp;(preferred&nbsp;Excel and&nbsp;Power&nbsp;BI)&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You should have&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across OPEX and CAPEX.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You should have&nbsp;experience working with large data sets and financial systems (ERP, planning tools).&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You should have&nbsp;advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial&nbsp;models).&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>You should have&nbsp;good&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Nice to&nbsp;have knowledge of&nbsp;contract management&nbsp;systems&nbsp;and contract negotiations&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp; SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include:<ul><li>Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month</li><li>Civil Partnership: 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married.
