Store Installation Specialist Leader

The successful candidate will:<ul><li>Monitor market trends of terminal devices such as mobile phones, tablets, PCs, Android STBs, and Smart TVs, as well as their technology roadmaps and operating system evolution, in order to assess the impact on the COSMOTE TV Streaming service.</li><li>Support the firmware update process of COSMOTE TV STBs, ensuring the smooth introduction of new features and flawless operation.</li><li>Cooperate with Deutsche Telekom Group NatCos and participate in working groups focused on the joint development of new products and services and the adoption of best practices.</li><li>Participate in the definition of the COSMOTE TV service roadmap and compile detailed marketing specifications for new services.</li><li>Manage the development process of projects and/or services in coordination with COSMOTE Technology and IT departments, as well as external vendors.</li><li>Plan and execute verification tests on various types of terminal devices prior to new version releases of the COSMOTE TV OTT application.</li><li>Prepare supporting material for Service Assurance and Customer Support teams and assist in troubleshooting issues that require in-depth investigation.</li><li>Track the deployment of competitive Pay TV services in the Greek and European markets.</li><li>Participate in the annual budgeting process for services and products under their responsibility.</li></ul>&nbsp;Candidate ProfileYou are the ideal candidate if:<ul><li>You have at least 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role, preferably in the Pay TV or Telecommunications sector.
