This includes:<ul><li>Supporting system configuration and data flows</li><li>Validating that integrations function correctly and securely</li><li>Collaborating with departments to gather requirements, troubleshoot compatibility issues, and support smooth adoption with minimal disruption</li><li>Documenting related procedures and processes</li></ul></li><li>Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Information Systems or related field</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)</li><li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and relevant numerical, data analysis, and reporting tools</li><li>No previous work experience required; related experience will be considered a plus.</li></ul>Required Knowledge:<ul><li>Experience with Transactional SQL</li><li>Familiarity with data management principles and data access technologies</li><li>Experience in Database Design practices</li><li>Experience with reporting and BI tools (preferable Infomaker, Power BI)</li></ul>
