Our talented people, consistent methodologies and unwavering commitment to quality service help you build the strong compliance and reporting foundations and sustainable tax strategies that help your business succeed.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your key responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure that client requests are communicated to the senior-in-charge and addressed on a timely basis</li><li>Identify opportunities and come up with ideas to provide added value to the client</li><li>Secure and enhance client relationships at the appropriate level and present a positive impression of the firm</li><li>Use electronic working papers efficiently, including various software applications and sources of knowledge in an appropriate manner</li><li>Assist in preparing reports that will be delivered to clients and other parties Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures</li><li>Build strong internal relationships with members of the TAX team and other EY services</li><li>Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and attributes for success&nbsp;To qualify for the role you must have&nbsp;<ul><li>University Degree in Business Administration, Banking &amp; Finance, Accounting or Law</li><li>Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English</li><li>Proficient skills in Microsoft Office</li><li>Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Completed military obligations (where applicable)&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Ideally, you’ll also have<ul><li>Postgraduate studies in a related field</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we look for&nbsp;What’s most important is that you’re dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide expert guidance throughout partners update and optimize their finance operations.&nbsp;Your key responsibilities<ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans; identify and managing project dependencies and critical path tasks; define scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation and anticipate project risks</li><li>Participate in the project's delivery lifecycle, which includes: understanding project objectives and requirements, participating in design, analysis and testing and supporting successful project delivery</li><li>Monitor project progress against milestones using appropriate tools, implement effective mitigation strategies and contingency planning and resolve issues</li><li>Review proposed modifications to project plans and initiate the change management process, facilitating approval and implementation by stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular project progress report updates to clients and internal teams, highlighting strategic decisions to be made by client management and promptly addressing any concerns</li><li>Determine success metrics for project participants and setting clear expectations for all parties involved</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and Attributes for Success<ul><li>Proactive mindset with strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work within project constraints, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Detail oriented focus with a logical and methodical approach</li><li>Positive attitude, team working and dedicated work ethic</li><li>Commercial awareness, negotiation skills and ability to foster strong client relationships</li><li>Excellent academic record, ideally including a postgraduate degree in Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>2-5 years of Project Management experience in large projects</li><li>Good working knowledge of finance technology (e.g., SAP, Budgeting and Planning or Treasury tools)</li><li>Understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)</li><li>Client facing ability and capacity to coordinate virtual teams</li><li>Capacity to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise, and professional manner (both in Greek and English)</li></ul>&nbsp;Ideally, you’ll also have<ul><li>PMP, Prince II, or other project management certification</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Look ForWhat’s most important is that you’re dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
