The Shift Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in line with factory standards and specifications. The role focuses on managing resources, maintaining compliance with Health &amp; Safety and Quality requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Industrial Automation Senior Engineer

The role is responsible for supporting workplace health and safety and environmental protection, contributing to the prevention of occupational and environmental risks, and ensuring smooth alignment with production, logistics, and commercial operations across the organization.
