The Shift Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations in line with factory standards and specifications. The role focuses on managing resources, maintaining compliance with Health & Safety and Quality requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to: Production Manager
Undefined period of time contract. act. rate 100%
A day in the life…
Ensure smooth and effective production operation and output according to specifications.
Lead production shift by ensuring right resources as well as Safety and Quality standards.
Participate in projects for improvement of machine or operational reliability.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, while ensuring compliance.
Act as a point of reference for Health & Safety according to legislation as well as specific factory rules.
What makes you successful
University Degree in Engineering or Food Technology or any other relevant field.
Strong communication & organizational skills.
Problem solving capabilities.
TPM knowledge would be a plus.
Ability to work in shifts. (7:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00, 23:00 – 7:00)
Fluency in Greek and English.
PC literacy.
Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
