At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Front Office Supervisor for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract).What You Will Do<ul><li>Maintain complete knowledge at all times of: All hotel features/services, hours of operation. History of the building, all room types, numbers, layout, decor, appointments and location. All room rates, special packages and promotions. Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures, room availability status for any given day and scheduled daily group activities / VIP’s and all Residence types and features.</li><li>Perform any reasonable task as requested by management.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant associates and department to create a memorable arrival experience.</li><li>Checks in guest in an efficient and friendly manner.</li><li>Checks out guest at end of stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction.</li><li>To offer assistance with hotel room orientation in line with Four Seasons standards and Leading Quality Assurance Standards in a warm friendly manner while using the guest name.</li><li>Have a thorough knowledge of the Front Office systems &amp; processes, such as Opera, Visionline, HotSoS, Key, Mobile App, Mobile key.</li><li>Monitor Arrivals, Departures, Room Extensions, Late check outs, Queue rooms, etc. and communicate them accordingly.&nbsp;</li><li>Have an in-depth knowledge of all our room products in order to perform room assignment.</li><li>Be a “brand ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.</li><li>Daily tasks to include blocking the house, managing queue rooms and communication related to queue rooms, managing traces as well as late check out and early check in requests</li><li>Ensure the hotel is set up for success by appropriately blocking guestrooms and balancing room types to enhance revenue opportunities</li><li>Ensure inventory across Property Management System (Opera) is in balance and take corrective action in the event of variances</li><li>Block VIPs into upgraded room types while allocating the proper number of rooms to be reserved for upgrades performed by the front desk that generate revenue</li><li>Assigne all Suite reservations 3 month in advance</li><li>Manage Out of Order and Out of Service room’s inventory, following up with departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Desk and updating Revenue Management team</li><li>Handle guest concerns, special requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, turning challenges into service recovery opportunities.</li><li>Monitor upcoming arrivals and departures to ensure proper room allocation and guest preferences are anticipated.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree is required.</li><li>Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.</li><li>Fluency in English is essential.
