As an In-Store Communications Sr. Specialist, you'll revolutionize in-store experiences with cutting-edge digital tools and interactive solutions to captivate customers and elevate store performance. You’ll Create impactful customer journeys with In Store Touchpoints that drive engagement, elevate store performance, and unlock new monetization opportunities through Retail Media Networks.&nbsp;Your day to day will include:<ul><li>Assisting with in-store marketing initiatives and campaigns to boost market impact and customer appeal.</li><li>Executing immersive experiences to enhance customer engagement.</li><li>Creating content for in Store touchpoints (Digital screens etc) and adapting Brand Campaigns into in store commercial communication messages.</li><li>Adapting key visuals into valuable content for screens, audio, and interactive formats. As a Marketing Local Process Expert, you will own the Hilti product portfolio in your market, collaborating closely with regional marketing, trade managers, strategic marketing (including HOL specialists), pricing, and digital teams.As a Marketing Local Process Expert you will be the owner of the Hilti Products portfolio management in your market. You will work with Marketing Regional Process Expert, Trade Managers, Strategic Marketing especially HOL specialist, pricing team and digital team. You will also work with channels, logistic planners and material masters, and after market services. You will be first level support for sales force to provide product info to increase the customer experience, collaborate with Digital department in the webinar process You’ll have broad product knowledge on Hilti catalogue, as well as be part of expert network and collaborate cross-department. You will also drive process optimization. Local Marketing Process Expert (hybrid)

The Retail Product &amp; Services Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Vodafone’s retail proposition across devices, accessories, and technology-related services. The role leads a large, multidisciplinary team (20+ FTEs) and owns the end-to-end commercial performance of retail products and services. It plays a critical role in positioning Vodafone as a destination for technology, ensuring strong execution across retail channels and a compelling, differentiated customer experience.
