Reporting to the Creative Director, the successful candidate will not only shape intuitive and visually compelling user experiences, but also mentor and guide a team of designers, ensuring design quality, consistency, and innovation across projects.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Managing and mentoring a small design team, fostering growth and maintaining high design standards</li><li>Lead and contribute to all phases of the design process, from user research to final UI design</li><li>Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate user experience improvements</li><li>Develop user personas, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences</li><li>Reviewing and refining deliverables to ensure high-quality output that meets brand standards and user needs</li><li>Ensure designs adhere to responsive design principles, mobile app design standards, and accessibility best practices</li><li>Collaborating directly with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions and resolve technical challenges</li><li>Shaping and evolving design systems to support scalability, consistency, and efficiency across projects</li><li>Staying up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally within a digital agency or media environment</li><li>Proven ability to lead design teams or demonstrated potential to step into a leadership role</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices</li><li>Demonstrated experience conducting user research and usability testing</li><li>Excellent visual design skills with a solid grasp of color theory, typography, and layout principles</li><li>Proven ability to create and manage design systems while ensuring media visuals and brand consistency</li><li>Familiarity with responsive design, mobile app design guidelines, and accessibility design specifications and best practices</li><li>Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work across web and mobile platforms</li><li>Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Creative and detail-oriented</li><li>Leadership and mentoring mindset</li><li>Excellent problem-solving mindset</li><li>Collaborative team player</li><li>Flexible and adaptable</li><li>Passion for user-centric design</li></ul>Apply Now
