This role sits within Deel’s Global Payroll product group and focuses on fintech connectivity between payroll operations and fintech systems. You will work on products that enable accurate, transparent and scalable money movement by preparing and connecting global payroll data, to fintech processes all around the world.Payroll Fintech Connectivity is responsible for the financial orchestration layer that sits between payroll engines, invoicing systems and payments infrastructure. This includes how payroll data is exposed, enriched and consumed to support complex funding flows, invoice adjustments, reconciliations and real-time visibility for internal teams and customers.This is a Principal Product Manager role operating in a highly cross-functional environment. Driving Nova’s Fixed and FWA services, shaping the product roadmap, implementing commercial strategies, and ensuring profitable, customer-focused solutions through market insights and cross-functional collaboration.What will you do:<ul><li>Develop and maintain the end-to-end product roadmap for Fixed and FWA services across residential and business segments and manage all pricing decisions to ensure company's profitability and meet customer's needs</li><li>Define, propose &amp; implement commercial objectives and propositions strategies, in line with objectives and underpinned by customer, market &amp; competitor insights</li><li>Monitor closely and analyze market trends, and competition; manage the insights and market analysis/research that drives all product efforts and commercial decisions</li><li>Monitor and analyze business and financial KPIs, securing performance and profitability</li><li>Be the business owner for driving proposition changes working closely with product, technology, billing and operational teams</li><li>Work closely with commercial &amp; finance teams to build business cases, considering both broader business and bottom-line financial benefits and risks</li><li>Follow-up and cooperate with all teams for the implementation of product development projects, marketing initiatives, GTM plans and promos, providing clarifications and supporting the delivery upon commitment.</li><li>Develop, test and deliver alternative concepts and identify opportunities for growth</li><li>Support product development teams with prioritization and development of roadmap, ensuring delivery of commercial and proposition objectives</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams on Go To Market plans and briefs for products and propositions changes and how they are delivered</li><li>Work closely with Marketing Communication and Sales teams to align on campaigns and activities that strengthen Nova’s Market presence and increase growth.</li><li>Identify and lead new products development to meet customer needs better than the competition.</li></ul>It would be great if you have:<ul><li>BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field</li><li>Postgraduate studies in Marketing Business fields will be considered a strong plus</li><li>Knowledge and experience of telecoms products is a plus</li><li>3+ years of experience&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in the marketing field is a plus</li><li>Creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail</li><li>Organizational and pro-active skills.</li><li>Strong time-management skills; Ability to work under pressure and adapt within a dynamic environment&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility and accountability, with a "can-do" approach.</li><li>Creatively problem-solving skills.</li><li>Team-player skills, enjoying working collaboratively across functions.</li><li>Strong analytical &amp; commercial thinking</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and in English&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite</li></ul>What you will get<ul><li>Wellness programs to keep yourself fit</li><li>Mobile voice and data to talk</li><li>Discounts on&nbsp;Nova Fixed / Mobile / TV&nbsp; for you, friends, family</li><li>Private Insurance program to check up on your health</li><li>Toddlers allowance to daycare your kids</li></ul>
