Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα ενσωματωθεί στην Τεχνική Διεύθυνση του εργοστασίου και θα αναφέρεται στον Διευθυντή Τεχνικών Υπηρεσιών.Κύριες ΑρμοδιότητεςΟ Μηχανικός ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ θα:<ul><li>Εργάζεται με σκοπό την διατήρηση της διαθεσιμότητας του εξοπλισμού του εργοστασίου σε υψηλά επίπεδα και την αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία του. Επιβλέπει την σχολαστική τήρηση των διαδικασιών και των προγραμμάτων συντήρησης.</li><li>Έχει την ευθύνη για την κατανομή και επίβλεψη των εργασιών της Τεχνικής Διεύθυνσης, τη συνεχή βελτίωση των εργαζομένων (συνεχής ανατροφοδότηση, αξιολόγηση απόδοσης, εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη, εναλλαγή ρόλων, κ.α.) καθώς και την ορθή αξιοποίησή τους.</li><li>Μεριμνά για&nbsp; την ασφάλεια κ υγιεινή των εργαζομένων της Εταιρείας σε συνεργασία με τον Τεχνικό Διευθυντή κ Τεχνικό Ασφαλείας.</li><li>Παραλαμβάνει, σε συνεργασία με τον Τεχνική Διεύθυνση, τον νέο εξοπλισμό του εργοστασίου. Επιβλέπει και φροντίζει για την ορθή εκτέλεση των νέων projects και θέση σε λειτουργία.</li><li>Εποπτεύει την εφαρμογή των προγραμμάτων και διαδικασιών συντήρησης των κατασκευαστών κατά μηχάνημα.</li><li>Μεριμνά για την ενημέρωση του αρχείου συντήρησης κάθε μηχανής με τα στοιχεία συντήρησης, επισκευών, βελτιώσεων, ανταλλακτικών κτλ.</li><li>Συντάσσει σε συνεργασία με τον Τεχνικό Διευθυντή&nbsp; το ετήσιο πρόγραμμα συντήρησης των&nbsp; μηχανών και μεριμνά για την πιστή εφαρμογή του από το τμήμα συντήρησης.</li><li>Συμμετέχει στην μελέτη των αναγκαίων βελτιώσεων η προσαρμογών των μηχανημάτων ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της Εταιρείας και συντονίζει τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες.</li><li>Αναλαμβάνει και συντονίζει την κατασκευή ειδικών κατασκευών (κτίσματα, υπόστεγα, επεκτάσεις διορθώσεις δικτύων ύδρευσης, ηλεκτρισμού κα τηλεπικοινωνιών) που απαιτούνται για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της Εταιρείας. Επίσης επιβλέπει την συντήρηση κτιρίων, δαπέδων και αποχετευτικού συστήματος καθώς κ την λειτουργία των περιφερειακών εγκαταστάσεων (ψυχροστάσιο, λεβητοστάσιο, αεροστάσιο, Η/Ζ) κτλ.</li><li>Στον κάτοχο της θέσης είναι δυνατόν να ανατεθούν εργασίες / αντικείμενα που κριθούν αναγκαία από τη Διοίκηση για σκοπούς επίτευξης των στόχων της Εταιρείας.</li><li>Αναλαμβάνει την αναγνώριση, μορφοποίηση και παραγωγή αποδοτικών λύσεων σε αναδυόμενα προβλήματα.</li><li>Αξιολογεί τη συνολική απόδοσης του τελικού προϊόντος, την αξιοπιστία και την ασφάλεια.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα<ul><li>Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (γραπτό, προφορικό λόγο &amp; τεχνική ορολογία)</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και χρήση προγραμμάτων Microsoft 365</li><li>Δίπλωμα αυτοκινήτου</li><li>Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις για τους άντρες υποψηφίους</li><li>Ευχέρεια σε σύνταξη προσμετρήσεων, επιμετρήσεων και κοστολόγησης</li><li>Εμπειρία σε επίβλεψη και συντονισμό εργασιών</li><li>Δυνατότητα να μπορεί να λειτουργεί υπό καθεστώς περιορισμένου χρόνοου (χρονοδιαγράμματα Projects )</li><li>Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια</li></ul>Παροχές<ul><li>Πλήρης απασχόληση και σταθερό περιβάλλον εργασίας</li><li>Συνεχής εκπαίδευση και επιμόρφωση</li><li>Προοπτικές εξέλιξης στον οργανισμό</li></ul>&nbsp;
