We are looking for a&nbsp;Technical Product Manager&nbsp;to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!About the RoleAutohellas seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented&nbsp;Technical Product Manager / Product Owner&nbsp;to join our Product Team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch—collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that fuel business growth.We need someone who is&nbsp;analytical, resourceful, and customer-focused&nbsp;and who can work both independently and as part of a team.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex challenges, and want to make a real impact—this role is for you!What You’ll Do<ul><li>Manage roadmaps, set team goals, and oversee multiple products/projects</li><li>Lead the&nbsp;end-to-end product development process, from ideation to execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors</li><li>Gather and evaluate product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment with business objectives</li><li>Run&nbsp;User Acceptance Testing (UAT)&nbsp;and ensure product quality before launch</li><li>Act as a bridge between&nbsp;business and tech teams, ensuring smooth communication</li><li>Advocate for customer needs and balance business, user, and technical constraints effectively</li><li>Review development progress&nbsp;to ensure alignment with the defined vision</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>3+ years&nbsp;of hands-on product development experience, managing full product or feature cycles</li><li>Strong background in&nbsp;business analysis&nbsp;and writing functional specifications</li><li>Experience working in a&nbsp;cross-functional environment</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;communication and organizational skills—you can break down complex ideas and collaborate effectively</li><li>A structured and proactive approach with&nbsp;strong analytical skills</li><li>Ability to&nbsp;work independently&nbsp;in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;project management principles&nbsp;and best practices</li><li>University degree&nbsp;in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Fluent in Greek &amp; English (written and verbal)</li></ul>Bonus Points<ul><li>Experience in rent-a-car, leasing, travel industries is a significant advantage</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.</li></ul>Why Join Autohellas?At Autohellas, we believe in creating products and customer experiences that matter.
