As an ICF Medical Writing Project Manager, you'll lead ambitious projects that strictly adhere to timelines and quality standards. Keys to Success:• BS/BA (preferably in a scientific field) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience. ICF Medical Writing Project Manager

The Lead Statistician works with multi-disciplinary research teams to provide methodological expertise, leadership and strategic support at all stages of projects from planning to completion. This individual provides guidance to junior and middle level staff or works independently on projects requiring advanced statistical analysis, interpretation and dissemination of findings.&nbsp;This is a fully remote based role.Essential Functions):<ul><li>Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) Development&nbsp;</li><li>Drafts SAPs for&nbsp;projects that require use of advanced statistical methodologies</li><li>Advises junior and middle level staff on methodology and approach on projects requiring use of standard statistical methodologies</li><li>Reviews and approves SAPs projects that require use of standard statistical methodologies</li><li>Implementation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelors plus 10 years hands-on experience, Masters plus 6 years hands-on experience, or Doctorate plus 3 years hands-on experience in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Related field</li><li>Strong basis in fundamental statistical concepts and methods, and expertise with techniques such as regression analysis (continuous, binary, count data), longitudinal data analysis (mixed effects linear regression), parametric and semi-parametric survival analysis, meta-analysis, indirect treatment comparisons, issues related to missing data, etc.</li><li>Practical experience in standard statistical applications in health economics such as</li><li>Standard parametric and semi-parametric survival analyses</li><li>Flexible parametric models (spline, piecewise)</li><li>ITC methods (Bucher, network meta-analyses [NMA], matching-adjusted indirect comparisons [MAICs], simulated treatment comparisons)</li><li>Country-specific utility analyses to inform CEMs</li><li>Familiarity with complex methods, including:</li><li>Projecting incomplete survival data using Bayesian parametric survival models with informative priors</li><li>Adjustment for treatment switching (rank preserving structural failure time, inverse probability of censoring weighting, two-stage estimation)</li><li>Mixture cure models</li><li>Multi-state models</li><li>Multilevel network meta-regression and fractional polynomial NMA</li><li>Surrogacy analyses</li><li>Strong statistical programming skills with standard software, including R and/or STATA/SAS</li><li>Ability to communicate analysis plans and results to clients or colleagues who may have limited background in statistics</li><li>Scientific visibility in terms of authorship of peer-reviewed publications, podium presentations and posters at conferences</li></ul>Personal Skills &amp;
