Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in legal research and provide guidance on financial regulations, payments, and fintech-related compliance matters.</li><li>Support drafting and reviewing agreements, including payment processing agreements, vendor contracts, and regulatory submissions.</li><li>Work closely with senior legal counsel on licensing applications, regulatory filings, and ensuring product compliance across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Partner with internal teams such as compliance, finance, and product to ensure legal and regulatory considerations are embedded in business operations.</li><li>Contribute to developing and implementing processes to streamline legal operations, contract negotiation, and compliance frameworks.</li><li>Help create and maintain legal playbooks, policies, and training materials for internal teams.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>2-3 years of legal experience, ideally with exposure to fintech, payments, financial services, or regulatory compliance (in-house experience is a plus but not essential).</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills with an interest in payments and regulatory law.</li><li>Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).</li></ul>This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech environment, working on cutting-edge regulatory and payments issues.Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
