During your tenure as an Associate, you will demonstrate and further develop your ability to:<ul><li>Provide innovative legal solutions to complex commercial and employment law issues, ensuring a superior client experience;</li><li>Provide litigation support in relation to complex commercial and employment law matters before Greek courts, drafting and negotiating; documentation relating to out-of-court settlement;</li><li>Deepen your expertise in current labour legislation applicable to a wide range of industries;</li><li>Leverage advanced tools and technologies, collaborating with non-legal functions to enhance the reach and effectiveness of your legal advice;</li><li>Take on leadership responsibilities by managing aspects of client engagements and supporting team development initiatives.</li></ul> This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally in a challenging and dynamic environment while playing a key role in delivering impactful legal solutions. OUR REQUIREMENTS Our ideal candidate is a young, bright and ambitious lawyer that focuses on delivering work of high quality, commits to high levels of client service and has ability to build strong relationships. We expect that you also have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. In particular, to qualify for the role you must have: <ul><li>Qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership);</li><li>A Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a prominent, well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad;</li><li>Two (2) to five (5) years of post-qualification work experience at a law firm, law office or in-house;</li><li>Prior work experience or a proven interest in employment and social security law and civil litigation proceedings;</li><li>An excellent command of the English language;</li><li>A professional approach, commercial awareness and strong communication skills;</li><li>Computer literacy.</li></ul> Preferred skills:<ul><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li></ul> ABOUT DELOITTE LEGAL Deloitte member firms have a long standing reputation for helping clients to address complex, cross border issues.
