We are currently seeking to hire a:&nbsp;CORPORATE LAWYERDuties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide accurate and timely legal advice on various issues mainly related to commercial, corporate, civil, and labor law.</li><li>Draft, solidify, and review legal documents to ensure the company’s rights.</li><li>Conduct legal research to stay current on legislative changes and ensure your advice is based on the latest legal developments.</li><li>Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.</li><li>Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.</li><li>Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.).</li><li>Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:<ul><li>BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree.</li><li>MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Proven experience of at least three (3) years as a Legal Counsel/corporate lawyer in the business environment and/or a large law firm.</li><li>Sound judgment and&nbsp;ability to analyze situations and information.</li><li>Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines, working under pressure.</li><li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of&nbsp;corporate law and procedures.</li><li>Full comprehension of the&nbsp;influences of the external environment of a corporation.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.</li><li>A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.</li><li>Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).</li><li>Ability to create relations of trust.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Our company offers:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive compensation package.</li><li>Life &amp; Medical insurance.</li><li>Continuous training and prospects for growth and development in a modern, human-centric, and friendly working environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;Please, note that due to the large volume of applications we receive, we will only contact candidates whose profiles match the job requirements listed above.&nbsp;All applications are considered strictly confidential.
