What you'll do at Deel<ul><li>Strategize, execute and optimize best-in-class brand paid media campaigns, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.</li><li>Own all brand awareness paid media campaigns end-to-end including, but not limited to, out of home, podcast, youtube, CTV, publisher sponsorships and more channels, developing the allocation of media resources to distribute our brand and story via video, audio, static and more.&nbsp;</li><li>Full campaign management including planning strategy, tactical execution, vendor management, negotiation, measurement, and reporting. This also includes managing trafficking creative, audiences &amp; assets, and managing all vendor relationships and execution including negotiation, contracts, scope and more.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive reporting on effectiveness of campaigns and creative; Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to inform and refine the brand buying strategy, working extremely closely with the data analytics team to define metrics and dashboard creation for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage budgets, analyze past programs and report on performance metrics and influenced revenue.</li><li>You’ll establish repeatable processes, templates and best practices for campaign management and growth; you’ll be the expert on the ins-and-outs of brand awareness paid media buys to the wider team and company.&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively with other Paid Media teams, such as Demand Gen and Paid Social, to ensure our efforts are streamlined and complimenting each other for the widest reach and engagement.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with cross-team leaders in&nbsp;Brand, PMM, and Regional Managers to develop campaign execution and support marketing efforts such as product launches and acquisitions, across buys.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely, and mentor, another paid media manager to collaboratively execute and manage buys and scale, collaboratively.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in B2B paid marketing with a significant portion of it in brand awareness campaigns.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on experience negotiating, optimizing and executive large-scale marketing initiatives and buys, cross-channel.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven experience working widely across an organization to distribute a brand story; Versatile and comfortable juggling multiple projects with several moving parts,&nbsp;stakeholders and teams all at once.&nbsp;</li><li>Deep understanding of paid media and strong knowledge of the media industry</li><li>Highly knowledgeable and confident in different types of media buys alike with awareness and performance-based goals (CPSQO, ROAS etc) as well as agencies, publishers and operations.</li><li>Highly Collaborative. You’ll partner with growth, brand, design, data analytics, and marketing ops on a daily basis. Senior Brand Paid Ads Manager

What You’ll Do At Deel:<ul><li>Own Deel’s account based marketing (ABM) and lifecycle paid ads implementation and execution strategy, globally; Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns focused on key accounts (1:1, 1:few, 1:many, and customers) to generate performance and drive awareness and engagement, supporting the sales pipeline.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with our ABM vendor, Enterprise PMMs, Regional Marketing Managers, Marketing Ops, Sales and Data Analytics teams to align with the overall strategy to synchronize targeted account lists, motions and messaging across demand gen.</li><li>Initiate, manage and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to generate the most effective campaigns and assets across all marketing channels as well as educate the wider teams on ABM &amp; Lifecycle paid motions, performance and execution.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with other Paid Ads Managers and ad account vendors to cross-knowledge share and ensure we are maintaining bst practices across all campaigns</li><li>Define and analyze KPIs, enhance campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with sales and lifecycle objectives.</li><li>Educate the Growth team on latest trends and clear insights on performance to enhance knowledge across teams and provide new ideas to facilitate growth.</li></ul>Some Key Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in B2B paid ads with at least 2 years of experience focused on account-based marketing (ABM)&nbsp;paid ads/demand gen.</li><li>Experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot, and ABM technologies (Demandbase a huge plus)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working on Lifecycle paid ads execution and how they differentiate from new business paid strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>You have run marketing programs globally and experience working with different markets and localization</li><li>Proactive self-starter with high autonomy and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously</li><li>You are data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives</li><li>You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows</li><li>You are self-motivated and adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment</li><li>You are fluent in written and spoken English</li></ul>We'd especially love to speak with you if you've:<ul><li>Worked with ABM/Lifecycle Marketing programs in-house for an HR or FinTech B2B SAAS company, for multiple markets/regions&nbsp;</li><li>You have worked at a very fast-growing startup/scaleup</li><li>You have previously successfully worked in a remote &amp; distributed team</li><li>You are fluent in other languages besides English</li></ul>Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. Sr. ABM & Lifecycle Paid Ads Manager

This role will involve strategy, planning, management and execution to maintain and build Binance’s social media and community presence globally.
