Job’s purposeWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Loyalty and Customer Product Owner to lead the loyalty and customer related solutions within our organization. As the Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in managing demand in areas shaping our loyalty schema platforms and overseeing all customer data – related activities. This role requires understanding of loyalty schema best practices, as well as expertise in online and offline customer related journeys.What you will focus on<ul><li>Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision related to loyalty and customer journeys.</li><li>Gather requirements in cooperation with business counterparts and digital experts in order to support product roadmap and translate them to functional requirements</li><li>Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks related to the core retail domain.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including other product owners, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful delivery of product features</li><li>Identify areas for continuous improvement within loyalty and digital domain as well as other systems in the respective domain, implementing enhancements to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Lead training sessions for end users and other IT stakeholders</li><li>Analyze preferences and requests of end users.</li></ul>Who we are looking for<ul><li>University Degree in Information &amp; Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation. Loyalty & Customer Product Owner

Therefore, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Product Owner to lead the Core Retail &amp; F&amp;R solutions within our organization, where SAP Retail serves as the primary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As the Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in managing demand in areas like Retail Finance, Order &amp; Inventory Management, as well as Forecast and Replenishment.What you will focus on<ul><li>Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision.</li><li>Facilitate planning, optimization and execution of various processes related to core retail.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business counterparts, SAP experts and their Managers, in order to gather requirements and prioritize them in a way to support that the product roadmap addresses company’s demands.</li><li>Translate Business Requirements to User Stories and Functional Requirements</li><li>Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks related to the core retail domain.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including SAP specialists, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful delivery of product features.</li><li>Identify areas for continuous improvement within SAP Retail as well as other systems in the respective domain.</li><li>Analyze preferences and requests of end users.</li><li>Follow applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAP ECC6 platform</li></ul>What we are looking for<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree would be considered a plus</li><li>2+ years of relevant IT experience in the retail industry would be considered an asset</li><li>Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with core Retail and Forecast &amp; Replenishment.
