<h2>Job Description</h2>What does it feel like to be a Test Leader in Netcompany-Intrasoft?Our fully inhouse Testing team consists of 180 professionals across our sites and is Gold ISTQB partner. This is a team led by Test Managers, that serves the entire Netcompany-Intrasoft organization, bringing value and benefit in all the technologies we use and offer. Our Testing team is engaged with a vast portfolio of services, technologies, solutions and methodologies.As a Test Leader you will:<ul><li>Define and implement test strategies to ensure the software quality.</li><li>Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.</li><li>Monitor manual and automated tests during creation, execution, and maintenance.</li><li>Ensure that the testing processes are improved continuously.</li><li>Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish testing scopes/strategy, goals, and testing requirements.</li><li>Review and approve all test artifacts and testing deliverables.</li><li>Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards.</li><li>Participate and/or lead meetings with client and other parties.</li><li>Demonstrate strategic agility, set priorities based on business requirements, and releases’ planning.</li><li>Openly promote leadership and cooperation across the team.</li><li>Drive for results, encourage decisions, processes, and outcomes of the highest quality.</li><li>Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising test team members.</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What would make you a fit for the role:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Min 7 years of experience in software test analysis with team leadership experience (at least 2 year)</li><li>Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies</li><li>Deep understanding of non-functional and functional requirements</li><li>Experience with web services (SOAP and REST), XML, and strong knowledge of API testing (at least five years)</li><li>Experience using Test management tools such as Jira and Jira Zephyr</li><li>Factory Acceptance Testing experience.</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and BPM standards.</li><li>Excellent command of MS Office.</li></ul>It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:<ul><li>ISTQB or other relevant certifications&nbsp;</li><li>Automated testing experience is considered a plus.</li><li>Experience in Jenkins is considered as a plus.</li></ul><h2>Company Description</h2>We are Netcompany-Intrasoft, a member of Netcompany Group A/S, and a leading European IT Solutions and Services company with strong international presence and expertise, dedicated to responsible digitalisation.
